Se la registrazione e stata compilata correttamente, riceverete una risposta generata dal sistema che conferma la vostra registrazione.

Successivamente vi invieremo una mail con le istruzioni di pagamento.

Solo dopo avvenuto pagamento riceverete una mail di conferma definitiva di partecipazione.

 

La registrazione e possibile solo con pacchetto unico Full pass milonghe e Soggiorno in Hotel Liberty

• Iscrizioni in coppia, con pacchetto soggiorno Hotel Liberty e Full pass Milongue.
• Gli uomini e le donne si possono iscrivere anche da soli, saranno inseriti in una lista d’attesa e abbinati per la parità uomini-donne.

Nella registrazione in coppia bisogna comunque compilare ed inviare due moduli, uno ciascuno, inserendo il nome del vostro compagno/a nel box ‘Partner’.
Nel caso d’iscrizione in coppia e di successivo ritiro di uno dei due partner, anche l’altro perderà il diritto a partecipare all’evento.

Recesso

• Per recesso fino al 30 agosto il rimborso verrà corrisposto per intero dell’ammontare versato, escluse le spese di gestione di €10.00
• Per recessi oltre tali termini non è previsto alcun rimborso.

La rinuncia deve essere comunicata mandando una mail all’indirizzo: equilibrialtritango@gmail.com. Farà fede la data della mail.

• Registration in pairs, with package stay Hotel Liberty and Full pass Milongue. 
•  Men and women can also sign in alone. First they will be placed on a waiting list and after matched for men-women equality.

However the registration in pairs must filled in and send from both partecipants, one each, by entering the name of your companion in the 'Partner' box.

In the case of registration in pairs and the subsequent withdrawal of one of the two partners, the other will lose the right to participate in the event.

Withdrawal

• For recess until August 30, the reimbursement will be paid in full of the amount paid, excluding handling fees of €10,00.
•  No refund for the withdrawals after these dates.

The renunciation ( waiver) must be communicated by sending an email to the address: equilibrialtritango@gmail.com .The date of the email will be valid.
